Privacy notice for this operations hub
This is an internal tool, not a public website. It is short because there is very little here that concerns a visitor.

What this site is
manage.ameensystems.com is the internal operations hub used by Ameen Systems to monitor the websites it maintains. It is operated by Ameen Systems, a trading name of Ferrand Industries LLC.
There is nothing here to browse. Every working page requires a staff sign in. The only page a member of the public can reach is this one and the login form.
If you are just passing through
Loading this page creates an ordinary web server record: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and when. Attempting to sign in also records the attempt, so repeated failures can be blocked.
That is the entire extent of it. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no cookie beyond what a login session needs. Nothing here profiles you, and no marketing list exists to add you to.
What the hub holds behind the login
Operational information about the websites Ameen Systems maintains: uptime and health checks, software versions, error counts, backup status and maintenance notes. It is technical status about sites, not personal information about their visitors.
Where a maintained site’s own records are reachable through a maintenance connection, they remain governed by that site’s own privacy policy, and are used only for maintenance the site owner has asked for.
Who else can see anything
- Namecheap hosts this hub and carries its mail, so it can see what is stored here.
- Ameen Systems staff, who are the only accounts on it.
No analytics provider, no advertising network, no data broker, no third party newsletter platform. Nothing here is sold, and there is nothing here to sell.
Artificial intelligence
- No client or visitor personal data is sent to an AI service from this hub.
- No decision about a person is automated here.
- The hub was built with AI assisted tooling, and parts of this page were drafted with AI help and reviewed by a person.
Retention, and getting in touch
Server and sign in logs are kept for 30 days, then discarded. Backups are rotated on a 30 day cycle, so a deletion takes one cycle to become final. Operational records are kept while the site they describe is under maintenance, and for 12 months after it ends.
To ask what is held, to correct it, or to have it removed, write to privacy@ameensystems.com. We reply within thirty days and there is no charge. If our practice changes, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it.
